Dr. Dieter Großmann

  • Born 22. Jul. 1955 in Hamburg
  • 1975-83: Studies of physics in Hamburg
  • 1983-87: Lecturer at the University Hamburg
  • 1987-90: Scientific employee at the faculty of physics of the University Hamburg
  • 1990: PhD-thesis at the faculty of physics at the University Hamburg (Topic of PhD: Expertise on performance and limitations of element analysis with proton induced x-ray emissions)
  • 1989: founding associate and since then employee of Ökopol
  • 1989-2002 executive director of Ökopol.

Prevention and disposal of wastes galvanic installations, ecological management, Eco-Audit, material flow analysis, evaluation of materials.

Regional and global flows of material:
Inter-plant networking of regional and global material flows.

Inhouse-training on company related environmental protection and the implementation of the Eco-Auditing Scheme in printing and publishing houses (commissioned by Axel Springer Verlag, since 1996)

Coordination of the set-up of an environmental management system at the University of Applied Sciences Lübeck which is certifiable according to EMAS (commissioned by University of Applied Sciences Lübeck, 2000-03).
